Golden Rewards
Every scoop counts toward the next one.
Order online, collect it at the counter, keep the points. At 150 they turn into $5 off. Come in often enough and you move up the ladder, where points arrive faster and last longer.

Signing in is what ties the points to you. Guest orders go through fine, they just don't collect anything.

Not at payment — when the order is actually in your hands. They're worked out on what you spent on the ice cream, before tax.

Four tiers
Everyone starts at Bronze. What moves you up is how many points you earn inside one calendar year — spending them doesn't set you back.

What points buy
Rewards come off the subtotal at checkout. Use one per order, and it never takes the bill below zero — there's no cash back on a reward.

The yearly reset
Status runs on the calendar year. Each January we look back at what you earned over the previous twelve months.
Earn half of what the next tier asks for and you keep your standing. Fall short of that and you drop one rung. Never more than one, and never below Bronze.
For example
Gold asks for 2,000 points in a year. To hold Gold into the next one you need 2,500 — half of the 5,000 that Diamond takes.
Points you've already earned aren't touched by a change in status. They sit in your balance until you spend them or they reach their expiry date.
The details, plainly
- Points are worked out on the ice cream itself — after any reward, before tax. Whole dollars only.
- The bigger-order rate applies to what you actually pay. A reward that takes a $40 order under the threshold takes the boost with it.
- Cancel an order after collecting it and the points come back off. A reward you paid for is returned to your balance.
- Expiry runs from the day each batch of points is earned, not from your last order.
- Rewards can't be combined, swapped for cash, or transferred.
